Wild herbs from high-altitudes are stronger and contain higher concentrations of active constituents due to the harsh climate. Herbs that I cannot forage wild in these mountains are ethically sourced from other areas of Montana or from northern New Mexico from indigenous wild-crafters and organic small farmers.
