I ethically harvest wild herbs in the mountains of Montana to create a unique and powerful experience. Wild herbs from high-altitudes are stronger and contain higher concentrations of medicinal constituents due to the harsh climate. Herbs that I cannot forage wild in these mountains are ethically sourced from other areas of Montana or from northern New Mexico from indigenous wild-crafters and organic small farmers.
Instructions: Put a heaping tablespoon in 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer briefly. Cover and allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy with milk and honey.
